We receieve a lot of emails with questions. To make it easier, we have answered as many questions about the script here.
Do you offer support for your script?
Yes, to a certain extent. We will, for example, answer any questions you may have or advise you what to do when experiencing an error. However, we do not install/upgrade the script for you.
Since this is a free script, expect limited support.
What features will be added in the future?
We hope to add a support ticket feature - this will be rather complicated since there is no client CP. However we may script a client CP in the future, although this will cost us money for the client CP design.
For V1.3, we are aiming to make the order page more customizable. Language files and templates files are the main ideas planned.
We will probably stay with Version 1 until V1.3, and then we will start with Version 2 (V2.0).
What is the difference between Signup Keys and Access Keys?
Signup keys are used to signup to certain packages; access keys are needed to signup to hosting. They are the same thing, but just have different functions.
You can enable/disable them in the Admin CP.
How many people are in the development team?
There are currently 3 people in the development team. 2 specialise in PHP/MySQL scripting and 1 specialises in SEO, Apache, PHP and MySQL.
How popular is Free Hosting Manager?
Our script has proved to be highly popular among free hosts.
We aren't going to list the websites that use our software, but we get lots of backlinks from websites' using our software.
